Please ensure your footwear is trialled on carpeted surfaces to maintain the condition of the soles during the return period.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them in a protective mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid return label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
